How we use it

We use this information to reply to inquiries, confirm or decline tour requests, send the newsletter you asked for, and keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data. Email is sent through our email provider (Resend). Chat replies may be generated by a language-model provider acting as a processor for us.

Legal basis and retention

Inquiries and bookings are processed because you asked us to. Newsletters are sent only if you subscribe. We keep inquiry records as long as needed to complete the request and meet accounting or legal duties, then delete or anonymize them.

Cookies

We do not run a marketing pixel on this site. The host may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. The admin area uses session storage on your device after login.
